Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the engagement and execution of services provided by One-Eyed King Productions, LLC. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Scope of Services

One-Eyed King Productions, LLC provides video production services including pre-production planning, filming, editing, and final asset delivery. Specific deliverables, timelines, revisions, and usage terms will be defined in an agreed Statement of Work or proposal before work begins.

2. Project Timelines & Delays

Production schedules depend on client feedback, access, approvals, location logistics, and third-party availability. One-Eyed King Productions, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by missing materials, delayed approvals, force majeure events, or third-party service interruptions.

3. Fees and Payment

Clients agree to pay all fees listed in approved proposals, contracts, or invoices. One-Eyed King Productions, LLC may pause work or withhold final deliverables when invoices remain unpaid beyond agreed due dates.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

One-Eyed King Productions, LLC retains ownership of internal production methods, templates, and proprietary workflows. Upon full payment, client usage rights for agreed final deliverables transfer as stated in the governing agreement.

5. Agreement Termination

Either party may terminate active engagements according to the written terms in the service agreement. One-Eyed King Productions, LLC will provide completed, paid-for deliverables and close out project access in accordance with those terms.
